1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use govern access to and use of the mediavore.ca website (the “Site”). The Site is published by MEDIAVORE Interactif inc. (“Mediavore”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is developed, hosted and operated by MEDIAVORE Interactif.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site presents Mediavore, its expertise, its products (including the Planivore platform) and its projects, and allows you to contact our team. It does not allow you to purchase products or services online. Professional services and software licences offered by Mediavore are subject to separate quotes and agreements, which prevail over these terms with respect to their subject matter. Use of Planivore is governed by the terms published on planivore.app.

The Site and its content (text, illustrations, logos, graphics, visual elements, source code) are the property of Mediavore or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Mediavore and Planivore names and logos are trademarks of MEDIAVORE Interactif inc. Client logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print the Site content for personal use or for internal use within your organization. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission.

We strive to publish accurate and up-to-date information. However, Site content is provided for information purposes only and may change without notice. It does not constitute an offer or a contractual commitment. For any decision, please contact our team.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and includes services provided by third parties (Pipedrive form and chat, Microsoft booking, social networks). These websites and services are governed by their own terms. Mediavore has no control over their content and is not responsible for it.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but cannot guarantee it. The Site may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Mediavore shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, nor for damages resulting from use of the Site that does not comply with these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable mandatory laws, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Personal information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Laval, subject to the rights granted to consumers by law.

These terms were drafted in French. This English version is provided for information purposes; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one posted on this page with its update date. Your use of the Site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
